Who are the humans behind this company?

Hi! I’m David.
I’m a human, a licensed therapist, and I’m obsessed with the mind. In both my therapy practice and in teaching meditation, I have endlessly sought to understand how and why meditation improves mental health. Like turning a gem to see different facets, I am constantly contemplating the subject, trying to find the clearest way to convey these skills and principles.

Demystify Meditation is a small, lightweight business for now. So I am the only one on staff until that changes.
